A married, 32-year-old, almost life-long vegetarian sysadmin father named Gabriel.

What?
When not doing techie stuff, I enjoy writing and having fun with my family.

When?
Now and into the future. Or the past, if you are reading this after posts have been published.

Where?
Originally from Northern California, but currently living in San Antonio, Texas.

Why?
Because vegetarian and vegan cooking are too elitist. I believe many people do not see tofu and asparagus tips sauteed in olive oil and garlic topped with nutritional yeast as a replacement for meat and potatoes. They are tasty, though.
